Replacement of Boiler , Radiator valves and programmer Monty and his colleague arrived on time each day and kept me fully informed of everything they were doing. I cant rate them highly enough and would recommend MSM to everyone. The end of each day they cleaned up and left everything clean and tidy . They are not 9 to 5 tradesmen the last day they came at 9.30 after obtaining a part and stayed to 9pm cleaning up and showing me how to programme the new boiler and controls.
He arrived when he said he would and although it was late he determined what the problem was and agreed to resolve it immediately. His cost was fair also. Overall a great experience from a rated people trader. Good tradesmen are hard to come by.
Monty explained the options well. He kept the area clean and was thoroughly professional. I waited a month to post this review so I can confidently say that Monty solved the sludge and hot shower water problems we had. The boiler works really well now.

Monty was on time and honest and suggested that it just needed some tweaking and the boiler now works perfectly. I have a difficult boiler Potterton Powermax HE, so only a limited number of repairmen are able to deal with it. I was lucky to find Monty
Monty carried out a Power Flush on our Heating System. The Radiators are now working much better - just in time for the winter! His work is excellent and he didn't leave until everything was working correctly. Clean, Tidy and would highly recommend. Thanks very much for a fabulous service.
I engaged Monty remotely because I live abroad. He was very responsive and communicative throughout, keeping me up to date with his progress and sending photos of his work. He was also unfailingly polite. I'd be happy to recommend him.

Once agreed Monty directly communicated with the tenant and arrange access to the property. There were some unexpected costs, but we both compromised on.
